I’m passionate about helping families create healthy sleep habits from the very start. I understand how overwhelming sleep struggles can feel, so I focus on giving calm, practical, and supportive advice — helping parents feel confident, empowered, and a little more rested along the way.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me travelling — I’m definitely guilty of always having my next holiday lined up! I’m a big foodie, so I love exploring new restaurants and discovering hidden gems with friends. I deeply believe that becoming a parent shouldn’t mean giving up the parts of life that make you feel like you. Those little joys — a weekend getaway, a good meal, time with friends — are still so important, and sleep is a huge part of making that possible.
That’s a big reason why I created REMedy. I understand that a baby’s routine and sleep aren’t just important for their well-being — they’re also what allows parents to keep living their own lives. Healthy sleep supports the whole family, not just the little one.
